Mr. Murari Ratnam, former Director, Central Soil and Materials Research Station, Ministry of Water Resources, New Delhi. Has more than 36 years of experience in the field of concrete technology with special reference to materials, durability, repair, investigation of old structures. Has varied experience while dealing with more than 300 dams. Has been associated with BIS committees, ISO, and published more than 100 papers in seminars and journals.
